I just listened to your show and thought I would let you know that ReplayTV is still in business. They are now owned now by DNNA (the same company owns Denon and Marantz) so have lots of money, but not much mind share. The units still have a 30 second skip, commercial skip, and do not collect viewing information. On collecting information, I have to say that the Privacy Policy says that they may do this in the future. Site is http://www. replaytv.com/
